Whatever it’s called, this small, hook-shaped island in Antique, will always be associated in your mind with the realization of how beautiful my province is. Indeed, there are still a lot of stunningly beautiful islands in the Philippines sans the foreign tourists, loud music, and tons of trash. Your time in Malalison Island, with its white sand beaches, a small community of fisherfolk, hundreds of pitcher plants, a steep mountain, and an incomparable view at the peak, will always be an experience you won’t forget. That's a guarantee.
2. Malumpati Cold Spring at Pandan, Antique.
Feeling hot and bored? Malumpati is the place for you. Its ice-like water can sure relax your stressed body.Malumpati Health Spring and Tourist Resort is located in Sitio Malumpati, Brgy. Guia, Pandan, Antique. You can access this resort through Brgy. Sto. Rosario and Brgy. Candari.
The water comes from the Malumpati Cold Spring Headwater located about 35 minutes walk from the resort. A man-made pool was created from the river by constructing a concrete embankment so the water is kept at a certain level and allows it to overflow during heavy rains. It was a Sunday when we visited so the resort was full of people enjoying the long weekends with their families and friends. This could surely be on top of your must-visit list.

v. Bugtong Bato Falls
Bugtong Bato is a seven-tiered waterfall; three levels are open to the public. It’s a rough trek to get there, but your patience will be rewarded with a majestic view of misty falls. Even better — you can rappel down the face of the waterfalls’ cliffs!
vi. Seco Island
An uninhabited island located North East of the Sulu Sea with 1.5 km stretch of sand and shallow clear sea, this island is a crown jewel of Antique and probably one of the best kept secrets of the province. This island is part of Tibiao, which is now dubbed as the eco-heritage destination of Panay Island.

4. Rafflesia in Sibalom, Antique
The biggest flower in the world can also be seen here in Antique. We are very proud to say that our humble province is the home of the biggest flower.The Rafflesia has become the most celebrated flower in Antique Province.During the Binirayan Festival, there were different competitions like the Rafflesia Inspired Costume, Rafflesia Inspired Drum & Bugle and the Top 10 Rafflesia Designers Battle. It is used as a theme and décor of floats and costumes. Even the park and the municipality where it was first found adopted the flower as its symbol.
3. Nogas Island in Anini-y.
Soul searching? You might find it here.Nogas is a 24-hectare (59-acre) government naval reservation island in Antique. It is 4.8 kilometres (3 mi) from the shoreline of the town proper and can be accessed by sailboat or motorboat within 20 minutes. It sure can relax your tired body and soul.
